Your details and website statistics.

Email and WhatsApp enquiries

Email and WhatsApp enquiry links open an editable draft in your chosen app. Opening a link does not send a message or reserve a session. You can review the details before sending them.

When you send an enquiry, I use the details you share to respond and discuss your shoot. If you have questions about your photographs or how they may be used, we can discuss them before the shoot.

Applications and newsletter choices

When you apply for a collaboration or join the TFP newsletter, I keep your details so I can respond and manage your choices. Applying does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Newsletter permission is a separate choice.

How you found the website

If you accept optional analytics, the website remembers the channel and campaign for your current visit, such as Pinterest or Instagram, as you move between pages. This uses your browser’s session storage for up to 24 hours. It does not contain your name, email address or application answers.

After a successful newsletter signup, the first recorded source and most recent source are kept with your contact details. TFP application sources are counted only in aggregate website statistics. This helps me understand which channels bring enquiries. Source details can be missing or inaccurate, for example when a link is shared or browser storage is blocked.

Optional website statistics

Google Analytics is off until you open Analytics choices in the footer and choose Accept analytics. No analytics popup appears automatically. You can browse, view availability, apply and contact me without enabling analytics.

Google Analytics provides website usage statistics, including page visits, enquiry-link clicks, gallery interactions and successful form submissions. Names, email addresses, portfolio links, selected projects and application answers are not sent in these events. An enquiry-link click does not confirm that a message was sent or a session booked.

Google Analytics receives usage data and may use browser identifiers and cookies. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled. A website visit does not reveal your social-media identity to me. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics choices in the footer to accept or reject later. Rejecting stops further analytics collection and removes the accessible first-party analytics cookies and visit-source storage. It does not automatically erase information already received by Google.

Your choices

The newsletter option on a TFP application is optional. Leaving it unchecked keeps any existing newsletter subscription unchanged. Applying for a project and joining the newsletter are separate choices.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a TFP newsletter. To ask about your details or request their removal, email [email protected].
